Planning and Design

There will be an 11-metre driveway that will be built between the two podiums. One building will have 2 towers of 12 storey which will rise out of the 4 storey podium and the second building will have one 12 storeys tall and another 20 that will rise out of the storey podium.

On each of its 5th floors of both buildings, Verge Condos will have amenities that can be accessed by members of the community.
