The owners are responsible for their own electricity charges as well as their home phone, television, internet and insurance on their contents. The amenities in the building including a 24 hour security guard and security system, indoor pool as well as outdoor pool, hot tub, party room, exercise room, multimedia room and community barbecues for the use of the residents.

NEIGHBOURHOOD INFORMATION

The neighbourhood where The Curve Condos and Lofts is located is known as the Queen West neighbourhood in Toronto which is close to many great amenities such as having public transit at your door step with the T.T.C. Queen West streetcar which can take you East to the Osgoode subway station.  From the subway you can get to Union Station which can get you onto the Go Train or VIA Rail trains, or anywhere else in the city.  There is access to major roadways with the Gardiner Expressway to the South which can take you East to the Don Valley Parkway or West to the QEW and Highway 427.  Dufferin Street is also just to the West and University Avenue and Bathurst Street to the East for local roads.  The Curve Condos is located in between two of Toronto’s most well known parks with the Trinity Bellwoods Park to the East and High Park to the West.  These are amazing spaces to go out and spend the day in and relax or just have lunch during a summer day.  The shopping in the area includes two indoor malls nearby with Toronto’s Eaton Centre to the East and best accessed by public transit, and Sherway Gardens to the West best accessed by driving your own car.  Grocery stores nearby include Metro, Price Chopper and Loblaw’s as well as many other smaller and specialty grocery stores and markets.
