The Minto WestSide Condominiums and BFront Condos to be built by the Minto Corporation at the northeast corner of Bathurst Street and Front Street West in Toronto’s core. The BFront Condominiums and Minto WestSide Condos will consist of multiple structures with the largest one totaling eighteen floors and with a combined one thousand and two hundred condominium suites and condo units. The scheduled occupancy for the BFront Condos and Minto WestSide Condominiums in Toronto will begin approximately in 2018 and complete as the buildings are completed. There will be a total of two hundred and forty two bachelor condominium suites, seven hundred and forty seven one bedroom and one bedroom plus den condo units, eighty seven two bedroom and two bedroom plus den condominium units and one hundred and twenty four three bedroom condo suites. The amenities, maintenance fees, maintenance fee items and property management company will be determined at a later date.

NEIGHBOURHOOD INFORMATION

The BFront Condos and Minto WestSide Condominiums at Front Street West and Bathurst Street will be located on the northeast corner of the intersection and be close to major transportation routes, public transportation routes, grocery stores, an indoor mall, retail shops, as well as parks.  The parks that will service the BFront Condominiums and Minto WestSide Condos will include the Garrison Common to the west, Stanley Park further to the west and Trinity Bellwoods Parks to the northwest.  The indoor malls that will be closest to the Minto WestSide Condominiums and BFront Condos will include Sherway Gardens to the west as well s Toronto’s Eaton Centre to the east.  The Minto WestSide Condos at BFront Condominiums will be close to many grocery stores including a Hasty Market, Sobey’s and Loblaw’s as well as many independent grocers.  The public transportation options will include the Bathurst T.T.C. streetcar which can take you north to the Bathurst Subway Station, or you can use the King West T.T.C. streetcar which can take you east to the St. Andrew Subway Station.  The major highways nearby include the Gardiner Expressway and Lakeshore Boulevard to the south which can take you east to the Don Valley Parkway or west to Highway 427 and the Queen Elizabeth Parkway.  Click on the map to view the full walkscore on the Minto WestiSide Condominiums and BFront Condos at Front Street West and Bathurst Street in Toronto.
