There are bachelor units, one bedroom plus den suites with one full bathroom or with one full bathroom and one powder room, and also two bedroom suites with two full bathrooms. The sizes of the suites range from just under five hundred square feet for the bachelor suites up to almost one thousand square feet for the larger two bedroom units. The maintenance fees cost approximately seventy six (76) cents and cover the heat, water, central air conditioning, building insurance, and common elements. Parking is an extra charge as there are no spots underground and are located next door in another building. Tenants and owners alike will have to pay for their own electricity, television, internet, home phone and contents insurance costs. There are no amenities in the building as all the space was used for units and therefore there is only a security system, but no guard and you are allowed to have barbecues on the balconies and terraces.

NEIGHBOURHOOD INFORMATION

The King West Village neighbourhood is one of the most popular in all of downtown Toronto. There are many condominium buildings to choose from and the Massey Harris Lofts are a favorite for people who do not need the use of a car. The suites do not have parking underground and you have to rent or own spaces from next door. The neighbourhood has great access to transit with the King West T.T.C. Streetcar being right at your doorstep and being able to take you to the subway system. This can then take you to the Go Train line, VIA Rail Trains, or Go Transit Busses to get around the city. If you do require a vehicle you can head to the Gardiner Expressway or Lakeshore Boulevard to the South to get in and out of the city or take University Avenue to head North as your quickest direction. The neighbourhood has many small retail stores, shops and restaurants that line King Street West and Queen Street West. The closest grocery stores include a 24 Hour Metro, Price Chopper, Kitchen Table & Hasty Market along with many other independent stores that sell groceries. There is a Shopper’s Drug Mart within a short walk for your sundry items and perscriptions if you require. For more retail and shopping there is Toronto’s Eaton Centre to the East as well as the luxurious Yorkville neighbourhood which has all the high end retailers from around the globe. The neighbourhood also has good parks close by with Trinity Bellwoods Park to the North as well as Massey Harris Park and Stanley Park to the West and East respectively. The location is also perfect as it is just to the West of the Entertainment District & Financial District which is where many people who live downtown spend their days and nights. Everything you need is a short walk or bus ride away.
