East 3220 project is an 18-storey pre-construction condominium development located at 3220 Sheppard Avenue East in Scarborough. East 3220 Condos is slated for a 2021 occupancy. Quadcam’s proposal calls for an 18-storey tower anchored by a six-storey podium, just west of Warden Avenue.
