The cost of the maintenance fees runs approximately seventy eight cents per square foot and they cover heat, hydro, water, central air conditioning, building insurance, common elements, and parking if you have. There is a 24 hour security desk with security guard, gym, party room, tennis courts, Rooftop Deck/Garden & Sauna as the amentities within the condominium, which the townhouses also have access to as well. These are some of the original condos to be located in the downtown core and many of the suites have been upgraded with hardwood floors or laminate floors as well as kitchens with newer appliances, ceramic floors, backsplashes and even granite counter tops. This condominium building is a favorite for first time buyers wishing to be right in the downtown core without having to pay a high price for it.

NEIGHBOURHOOD INFORMATION

The King West neighbourhood is withing walking distance or just a short ride by streetcar to all amenities that you need. There is a Hasty Market & Kitchen Table right at your front door for your grocery needs, or you can head up to Queen Street West to the local Loblaw’s. There are also many cafes, restaurants, and retail shopping right on King Street West, Queen Street West & Bathurst Street. For more options you can head over to the Eaton’s Centre which has over 100 stores in it, or take the subway up to Bloor West and shop on the Mink Mile in Yorkville. The transit options are also right at your doorstep with the T.T.C. King Street West streetcar at your doorstep which can take you straight to the subway, or you can take the Bathurst Street Streetcar to head North to the Bloor Street West subway station and the Bloor Street subway line. If you have to drive you can take Bathurst down to the Lakeshore Blvd and Gardiner Expressway in order to head out of the downtown core of the city. There are good greenspaces with Stanley Park just a short walk to the West of the condominium, and Trinity Bellwoods Park to the North on Queen Street West.
