A Preconstruction Project by Edenshaw Developments

The new 46 Park St. East Condos will offer a living experience defined by walkability, excellent transit coverage and easy access to some of Mississauga’s most prominent waterfront neighbourhoods. Current plans call for the building to rise to a height of 22 storeys and include 258 housing units. 501 square metres of indoor amenity space and 531 square metres of outdoor space will be located on the seventh floor. While a full unit breakdown has not yet been released, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units (along with optional dens) are to be made available.

The new 46 Park St Condos put residents just minutes away from Mississauga City Centre, as well as a short walk from the Lake Ontario shoreline. This, combined with a pedestrian-friendly neighbourhood to call home, is expected to make this new condo highly sought-after upon their release.

Port Credit GO station is less than a block away and is served by trains to Downtown Toronto every 30 minutes or better seven days a week. MiWay operates numerous local bus services in the area, with connections to destinations throughout Mississauga. Additionally, the agency is set to begin operating the Hurontario LRT upon its completion in 2024. This new transit route will offer a one-seat ride to Mississauga City Centre and as far as Brampton. Finally, drivers can take advantage of Queen Elizabeth Way being a short drive to the north.
