NEIGHBOURHOOD INFORMATION

2G Lofts and Condos is located at the corner of Queen Street West in Toronto and is close to all amenities that you will require.  The area is home to many young professionals due to its location and proximity to Liberty Village, the Financial District and the Entertainment District.  The transit routes available include the Queensway and Gardiner Expressway which can be accessed to the South or the West.  The Gardiner Expressway can take you West to Highway 427 and the QEW or East to the Don Valley Parkway.  The public transit routes available include the Queen West T.T.C. streetcar at your doorstep which can take you to the Osgoode subway station and into the underground.  The 2G Lofts and Condos are located in between two major parks in the city of Toronto being Trinity Bellwoods Park to the East and High Park to the West.  High Park is one of the largest outdoor spaces in all of downtown Toronto.  The shopping available to the neighbourhood include major chains such as Frescho, No Frills, and many smaller grocers and stores where you can buy local produce and items from overseas.  There are also two major indoor malls nearby with Sherway Gardens being to the West and having over a hundred stores, and the Toronto Eaton’s Centre to the East with over two hundred stores and best accessed using public transit.
