Dolly has been in the real estate business since 1975. She is an agent and an investor. Being an agent did not make her wealthy. She was prescient enough to become an INVESTOR. She bought her first property in Toronto in 1979. She is a perfect example to follow if you want to be an independently wealthy real estate owner.

Ovais has been in the real estate business for over 15 years. He holds a B.A. (Hons) degree in Economics from the University of Toronto and an MBA in Real Estate & Finance from the Schulich School of Business.
He has worked as an inside sales representative for some Toronto’s largest home and condominium developers in Toronto since 1997. His first hi-rise condominium project in Toronto was on Toronto’s waterfront. The Riviera was the first major hi-rise project in Toronto in the mid-90`s since the end of the 1989 recession. DNA by Canderel Stoneridge, the Kingswood by Quadra, Lawrence Park by Tower Hill Developments, and Bridge Condominiums by Urbancorp are some of the many condominium projects that Ovais has successfully sold.
Ovais has always provided his developer clients and his investors an exemplary level of service. He is very thorough in his presentation and manages to provide a complete analysis of an investment so that the client can make informed decisions.
