2500 Yonge Street Condos is the site of the 1918-built Old Capitol Theatre, located in Midtown Toronto, at the north west corner of Yonge Street & Castlefield Avenue,  a 7 minute walk to the Eglinton Subway Station and the future Eglinton Crosstown LRT Station. 2500 Yonge Street is the address for a 14-storey mixed-use development proposed by the Madison Group.

Designed by Turner Fleischer Architects, 2500 Yonge is slated to have ground-floor retail space with residential condominiums above.  Approximately 14,768 square feet of retail space plus 190,316 square feet of residential condominium space which translates to about 150 condominium units.

Transit Options

Launching in 2021, 2500 Yonge will be a highly sought after condominium project due to its proximity to the Yonge & Eglinton mass transit hub, with all types of transit that will be readily available – LRT, TTC Subway, and bus routes taking people quickly locally around Midtown Toronto to as far as the east end of the GTA (Greater Toronto Area), to Toronto’s Pearson International Airport, to North Toronto up to Richmond Hill, and of course to downtown Toronto.
