31st Steeles Avenue East, Toronto, Ontario
Hazelview Investments and the North American Development Group have proposed a new development called SteelesTech Campus, which will be located at the southwest corner of Steeles Ave. East and Victoria Park Ave.
SteelesTech Campus is already a multiple BOMA award-winning office complex that caters to the needs of high-tech tenants, providing state-of-the-art technical enhancements and class “A” office attributes. The complex currently comprises four office buildings totaling 644,416 sq. ft. and 15.83 acres of mixed-use development lands. Tenants include big names like Tangerine, HSBC, Sears Canada, Goodlife Fitness, Freshii, and Tim Hortons.
Construction is set to begin in early spring 2018 on a multi-tenant casual dining complex consisting of approximately 10,000 square feet. This new addition will complement the existing office campus and accommodate 7 new tenants. With unfettered visibility to Steeles Avenue, this soon-to-be-developed dining campus will further the eclectic mix of tenancies at SteelesTech Campus.
The 18.5-hectare site will feature a mix of 4 existing structures and 8 new buildings, designed by the renowned Giannone Petricone Associates. The development will offer a combination of office and retail space and will be located at the Highway 404 and Steeles Avenue interchange.
At SteelesTech Campus, tenants can enjoy a variety of convenient amenities located on-site and in the immediate area. Whether it’s hotels and conference facilities, financial institutions with business banking, full-service restaurants, fast food, retail shopping, convenience stores, gas stations, child-care, or various car dealerships, SteelesTech Campus has got it all covered.
Car services are available at SteelesTech Campus, including car wash and/or charging station. Complete interior and exterior car care service is available Monday to Friday starting at $14.95. Self-help tire pump and window washing station is also available on-site, as well as on-call car service for lock-out, dead batteries, flat tires, and fuel delivery. The campus also features four electric car charging stations equipped with a timer for a maximum limit of 2 hours.
For those looking for a quick bite or coffee break, Tim Hortons and Freshii are both located in the main lobby, providing convenient beverage and food services. There’s also an enclosed secure bike room located on P1 of building 3381, accessible by card reader only.
Sports and recreation enthusiasts will be delighted to know that a sports field and basketball court are available to tenants to reserve for recreational and corporate use. And when it comes to parking, tenants of SteelesTech Campus are provided with ample parking indoors and in the exterior east lot, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The campus offers both surface and underground parking, with various pricing options available.
In addition to all these amenities, SteelesTech Campus also hosts special events like annual BBQs, charity fundraisers, and holiday events, giving tenants a central community/office campus experience.
